1. Services
Picture Perfect Distribution provides music distribution and label services, including delivery to digital platforms, release strategy, royalty accounting, and catalog management. We are an invite-only service and reserve the right to accept or decline any applicant or release.
2. Rights & Ownership
You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights in the music you submit, including master and composition rights, and that you have full authority to distribute it through our services. You retain ownership of your music at all times.
3. No Platform Affiliation
Picture Perfect Distribution is an independent distributor and label services provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a direct partner of any streaming platform or digital service provider. Availability on any platform is subject to that platform's acceptance.
4. Royalties & Payouts
Royalties are reported based on data received from platforms and partners. Withdrawal requests are subject to review and minimum thresholds. Statements are provided within your artist dashboard.
5. Content Standards
You may not submit content that infringes third-party rights, contains unauthorized samples, or violates platform guidelines. We may reject or remove releases that fail quality control or violate these terms.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship with notice. Upon termination we will initiate takedown requests where applicable; timing depends on third-party platforms.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
